Please note that this informal meeting was scheduled to review details and alliances for an Town Fair event proposal pursuant to submission to the BOS. The relevant Events Committee vote to submit the event was approved at the March 2023 Events Committee Meeting . It is a discussion group made up of an alliance of different town committees and other town groups,There will be no town commitments made, and it is mainly about preparing a proposal for BOS Submission.
