MOSQUITO CONTROL AND EASTERN EQUINE ENCEPHALITIS

Often there are Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE) and West Nile Virus (WNV) positive mosquitos found in Rehoboth and surrounding communities. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health in collaboration with Bristol County make decisions regarding mosquito control projects such as aerial and ground spraying. Residents should take precautions to prevent being bitten by mosquitos.
