Mission Statement: "Rehoboth's Pesonnel Board implements and oversees the administration of the town's personnel system as established by Town of Rehoboth General By-laws, Chapter H. The personnel system is described by policies in the Personnel Policy Manual. The Personnel Board is responsible for developing and ensuring compliance with these policies, and providing advice and assistance to the Board of Selectmen, supervisory personnel, and employees in all aspects regarding these policies."
