On Monday, Jan. 25, Gov. Charlie Baker announced updates to Phase Two of the COVID-19 vaccine distribution plan. Individuals age 75 and older are now the first priority group in Phase Two. For additional information and to see the full priority list of Phase Two-eligible groups, click here.

Vaccinations for individuals age 75 and older began on Monday, Feb. 1 statewide.

If you fall into this category, you may book an appointment to receive the vaccine at one of the mass vaccination sites located here: https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-vaccination-locations. Additional locations will be added in the coming weeks. Appointments at mass vaccination sites are released weekly on Thursdays. Individuals will need to confirm they are eligible to get vaccinated in the current phase.

Seniors with any COVID-19 vaccine inquiries or who would like to receive up to date information regarding COVID-19 can contact the Rehoboth Council on Aging at (508) 252-3372. Additionally, senior residents who are unable to register online for a vaccine clinic on their own can contact the COA for assistance in setting up an appointment.

We highly encourage all members of this priority group to register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as they can. That being said, slots are extremely limited in supply at these sites, so please be patient with us as we work with our colleagues at the Massachusetts Department of Health to make the vaccine more accessible and easier to obtain.

Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.

Stay safe, stay strong, stay healthy, be kind
