ARTICLE 30: REMOVE ARTICLE Va-RESCUE DEPARTMENT FROM TOWN OF REHOBOTH BYLAWS

At the annual Town Meeting, the attendees voted in the affirmative, with no distention to:

"delete, in its entirety, Article Va of Chapter B of the General Bylaws relating to a Rescue Department. Or take any other action relative thereto."

Therefore the "Rescue Squad" was disbanded and any remaining services have been assumed by the Rehoboth Fire Department.
