Open Burning & Online Burning Permits

Burning season is January 15th through May 1st. It is required to obtain a permit every year for open burning on your property. You may obtain one on the Town of Rehoboth Website.  In the lower left corner under the "Online Permits" tab and open the "Burn Application" tab or click on the green button below.   After permit is obtained, you must call Fire Headquarters every day you wish to burn at (508) 252-3725 Ext 6

Burn Permits (Apply or Request to Burn) :

**If you had permit last year click the button below and then please fill in 3 pieces of information and click search.  Click the Renew button to the left of your expired permit.  Review the information and follow the steps to renew**

Please note: Agricultural Burn Permits will be reviewed by the Fire Department for eligibility.  You will receive a notification if approved to pay fee.
