ASSISTANT TOWN CLERK
The Town of Rehoboth, MA is seeking qualified applicants for a Full-Time position of Assistant Town Clerk. The Town Clerk is seeking a second Assistant Town Clerk to help distribute the workload in the office. Under the direction of the Town Clerk in strict accordance with applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, town bylaws and federal laws and regulations and office procedures, performs a variety of responsible administrative functions; most work is performed independently and requires the exercise of judgment and discretion in the interpretation and application of laws, regulations, and procedures.

The Town of Rehoboth, Massachusetts (population 13,000±) is currently accepting applications for the position of Health Agent.
The Health Agent is responsible for performing administrative, technical, and enforcement work related to public health protection and the enforcement of applicable local, state, and federal public health laws, regulations, and sanitary codes. The position works under the direction of the Board of Health and is responsible for inspections, permitting, code enforcement, public health investigations, and environmental health oversight for the Town.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of public health administration, environmental and sanitary code enforcement, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, boards, commissions, and municipal staff. Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a municipal environment.
A bachelor's degree in public health, Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field is preferred, along with 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in public health, inspections, code enforcement, or municipal government, or any equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and experience. Certification as a Registered Sanitarian (RS/REHS) or eligibility for certification is preferred.
Annual salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 DOQ (depending on qualifications). The Town of Rehoboth is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).

The Town of Rehoboth, Mass (population 13,000±) is currently accepting applications for the position of Town Administrator.
The Town Administrator is responsible for performing high level administrative and strategic financial planning, technical and professional work in directing the activities of the Town’s departments, commissions, boards and office under the jurisdiction of a Five-Member Board of Selectman and Town Meeting form of government.
The ideal candidates will have knowledge of public administration, excellent organizational skills, strategic thinker related to financial strategies and operational processes, strong leadership capabilities, and comply with all applicable Mass General laws and regulations for a municipality. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Finance or related field, with 10+ years of related experience; and or any equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and is preferred.
Annual Salary range of $145,000 to $160,000 DOQ, EOE

FACILITY MAINTENANCE WORKER-SEASONAL PART-TIME-CLOSED

TRANSFER STATION MONITOR
The Rehoboth Board of Health Department is seeking a qualified and eligible candidate, to fill the position of a Per Diem Transfer Station Monitor, to assist with the solid waste recycling program of the Town.
The Transfer Station Monitor oversees station operations during public hours and performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the collection of solid waste and recyclables. This role ensures that users follow established procedures and instructions, and that the station is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Maximum 11-15 hours per week; on-call
Work hours are Tuesday from 4:00–7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., with a start time approximately 30 minutes prior to station opening
Hourly rate of pay $18.00

TOWN ACCOUNTANT-Closed
The Town of Rehoboth is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to serve as the Town Accountant. This position is responsible for managing the daily accounting activities for the Town in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law. The Town Accountant is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the general ledger, verification and overseeing processing of accounts payable, budget monitoring, financial compliance, and the preparation of financial reports in accordance with state and federal requirements.
The Town Accountant is salaried position and reports directly to the Finance Director. Compensation is in the range of $85,000 to $95,000 based on experience, certifications and education.

The Building & Maintenance Superintendent is seeking a qualified candidate that will be responsible for general repairs and maintenance on town buildings, structures and equipment. The maintenance
technician preforms preventative maintenance and repairs to keep all buildings and equipment in good working condition. The maintenance technician works under the Building & Maintenance Superintendent receiving both written and verbal instruction.
