Flu Vaccines for Adults and Children

Rehoboth Town Nurse will be offering free pediatric flu vaccines for children ages 6 months-18 years. Anawan Pharmacy will be on site offering adult flu vaccines, please bring your insurance card if you have insurance. Please call Jaime Conlon 508-962-4558 Town of Rehoboth Public Health Nurse with any questions.

When: 2:30-4:30 PM
When: Thursday October 17, 2019
Where: Rehoboth Town Hall 148 Peck St Rehoboth, MA
When: 2:00 PM-4:00 PM
