NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

REGARDING THE RENEWAL OF THE CABLE TELEVISION LICENSE

OF COMCAST CABLE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGEMENT, LLC

Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Rehoboth as Cable Television License Issuing Authority, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Museum Building located at 27 Francis Farm Road Rehoboth, MA, pursuant to 207 C.M.R 3.05(3) and any other applicable cable television renewal license laws, regulations or requirements, regarding the renewal of the cable television renewal license currently held by Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC (formerly Comcast of Massachusetts I, Inc.)

Relevant applications, reports, statements and/or amendments in the possession of the Town to be considered at the hearing shall, if in the possession of the Town, be available for public inspection and reproduction at the Board of Selectmen’s Office at the Town Offices during regular town hall hours.
