Welcome to Interim Deputy Director Elizabeth Doyle. Since September 2022 Richard Panofsky served as Interim Director. His appointment was intended to be over in June 2023. The Department of Health and Human Services will now be led by Interim Deputy Director Elizabeth Doyle. She is a lifelong Rehoboth resident and has extensive experience in human services and management.
