Reminder - 2021 Dog License Renewal

Dog Licenses were due and payable on April 1st.  The Town Clerk's office sent out over 800-reminder notices and now the 60-Day grace period is ending.  Any dog license not paid by June 1st will be assessed a $15.00 per dog late fee in addition to the license fee(s). Residents may purchase their dog’s 2021 licenses either by dropping off at the drop box at Town Hall "Attn:  Town Clerk’s Office", by mail, or online at https://www.invoicecloud.com/rehobothgovsvcs .The licensing fees are as follows: Male or female dog $20.00, female-spayed or male-neutered $10.00. If paying by check, please make sure it is made payable to “Town of Rehoboth”. Whether renewing online, via mail, or by drop box, dog license applications must be accompanied by a current year rabies certificate (with a vaccination date covering the current licensing year) and proof of spay or neuter [if applying for the $10 licensing fee] unless we already have your documentation on file in the Clerk’s Office.  Reminder to those residents 70 years of age or older . . . if over 70 years old, as per MGL 140§139(c) and town meeting vote, the Clerk’s Office will waive the license fee; however, you must still apply for the license and show the current year rabies certificate.
