Rehoboth Changes It's Centralized Polling Location to Francis Farm Community Center Museum

Francis Farm Museum

On November 1, 2021 the Rehoboth Board of Selectmen voted to designate the newly acquired Francis Farm Community Center "Museum" building as Rehoboth’s "Centralized Voting Location", rather than holding at a local school gymnasium due to student safety concerns raised by our local school committee.  In addition, effective December 31, 2021 Rehoboth is required by law to move from three (3) precincts to four (4) precincts after the 2020 Federal Census results and reprecincting process are complete.  Therefore, the Board of Selectmen, in conjunction with the Town Clerk, have decided to use the Francis Farm Community Center Museum as Rehoboth's Centralized Polling Location to avoid voter confusion.  All four (4) precincts will be voting at the same facility.  We have prepared the attachments below for submission to the State Elections Division for their approval.  We are required by MGL 54:24 to post those documents on the Town Website for all to review.  On December 8, 2021, the Town of Rehoboth received approval from State Elections to use the Francis Farm Community Center "Museum" building (27 Francis Farm Road) as Rehoboth's Centralized Voting Location for all four (4) precincts.  Thank you and please do not hesitate to contact the Town Clerk's Office if you have any questions or concerns.  We wish you all a wonderful, healthy and safe holiday season!
