DISCLAIMER:  Original Meeting Posting was posted to the Board of Health webpage/Town Calendar, by the Board of Health, on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 @ 10:17 A.M.  Unfortunately, on February 22, 2021 the posted agenda was inadvertently deleted by the Board of Health, along with meeting timestamp, when trying to delete an uploaded revised agenda.  Website provider was contacted, even though the file can be viewed on the "deleted report", the website provider was unable to recover the original posting.  Therefore, the original "paper" posting was scanned and reposted here/above on 2/22/2021.  The Town Clerk's Office contacted the Attorney General's Office to make sure the meeting can legally convene, since the original posting and timestamp had been deleted.  Kerry Kilcoine, of the Attorney General's Office, ruled they may meet if reposted agenda is posted within six hours of the deleted document.
